When dialling an IVR or Interactive Voice Menu, it does not recognise the digits I input

This is probably down to the DTMF settings on your SIP device. It may be sending the wrong tones and the system will not recognise them. There should be a setting in the configuration of your SIP device to select the DTMF mode, set this to RTF (RFC2833). If this is already selected, then try SIP INFO.
