The Monitoring window allows you to monitor all of your systems extensions.

Here you can see what extensions are online and also their IP address they're using, also you can see the (ms) response times of the phones and what phones their using.
Also in the monitor screen, you can see if the agent is in a call or not! There will be a tick when the agent is in a call.
