How do I Setup Multi-Language IVRs?

Create 'English' IVR

Click on 'Add IVR' button

Set IVR 'Name'='English'

Set IVR 'Number'='1000' for example

Select 'Greeting' file with the instructions on English language

Set option '1'='1001' (1001 will be used for 'French' IVR)


Set other IVR options per your needs

Click on 'Save' button

Create 'French' IVR

Click on 'Add IVR' button

Set IVR 'Name'='French'

Set IVR 'Number'='1001' for example

Select 'Greeting' file with the instructions on French language

Set option '1'='1000' (1000 is 'English' IVR)


Set other IVR options per your needs

Click on 'Save' button

So, let's say that DID takes all calls to 'English' IVR '1000'. Instructions tell you to press '1' for French language and play other IVR options in English. You press '1' and are redirected to 'French' IVR '1001' where
