How do I Setup Multi-Language IVRs?

Create 'English' IVR Click on 'Add IVR' button Set IVR 'Name'='English' Set IVR 'Number'='1000' for example Select 'Greeting' file with the instructions on English language Set option '1'='1001' (1001 will be used for 'French' IVR)
Click on 'Save' button Create 'French' IVR Click on 'Add IVR' button Set IVR 'Name'='French' Set IVR 'Number'='1001' for example Select 'Greeting' file with the instructions on French language Set option '1'='1000' (1000 is 'English' IVR)
