Connectivity issues affecting the sipgw3 gateway

Orbtalk engineers are still investigating connectivity issues affecting the sipgw3 gateway. This appears to be a widespread connectivity issue affecting multiple data centres. Regular updates will be posted at Any customers with open tickets will receive regular updates via the ticket.

Problem affecting trunks on the sipgw3 gateway

We have been made aware of a problem affecting trunks on the sipgw3 gateway. This will be causing some trunks to deregister and loss of inbound and outbound service. Our systems engineers are currently looking into this issue as a priority and are working to resolve it as soon as possible.

Christmas Opening Hours for the 24th December - 2nd January

With Christmas in sight, we would like to make you aware of our opening hours over the festive season. Our telephone availability is as follows:

Support Department: Open 24/7/365 as usual.

Sales, Accounts and Provisioning Departments: Open 9am to 4:30pm Christmas Eve (24th) and between the 29th and 31st of December. Closed on bank holidays (25th, 28th, 1st).

Porting Department: Closed 24th December to the 1st of January. The last date for new port requests is the 23rd of December.

We are aware of a problem with one of our partners. The incident involves a power outage at a data centre and engineers are working to restore power.

Level 3 Internet Issue

Level 3 internet are currently experiencing issues and we are aware that this is impacting customers, we have moved traffic away from peers that are using Level 3 as much as we are able to, however in many cases it is outside of our control.

This issue is impacting many different ISP's and providers. Everyone is working to restore service as quickly as possible.
