BT are currently experiencing a nationwide outage that is impacting some Orbtalk customers.
The BT outage has been caused by an issue with their routing of IPs. As a result, any Internet traffic that uses BT's IP network at any point is liable to be affected.
As approximately 90% of broadband customers in the UK use BT's network (either directly or by their ISP using BT's network), we understand that many of our customers may be affected by this outage, including by experiencing call quality issues.
We advise affected customers to please check BT's website and the BT Care Twitter page at regular intervals to keep abreast of events.
