We are aware of a power outage involving equipment at Telehouse North this morning that is affecting many Internet Service Providers (ISPs), including BT.
We do not have any equipment of our own at Telehouse North, however as many ISPs do possess equipment at this location call quality and connectivity may be affected accordingly.
Engineers are currently working to resolve this issue, however until such time as power is restored customers may continue to experience call quality and connectivity problems.
We will endeavour to assist as much as possible and our Support Team is fully aware of the issue. However, we recommend that customers contact their ISP for any further updates as engineers from BT and Telehouse are working on the issue at this present time, therefore your ISP will be able to provide precise updates.
