Problems for some PBX customers - update

At 9:02am we became aware of a networking issue at one of our datacentres. At this time we raised an urgent P1 ticket with the data centre and began working on fixes with their engineers.
Shortly after this we began the process of migrating affected PBX's over to their back up instances at separate unaffected data centres.
It became clear that this was a wider issue that didnt just effect 1 data centre as providors accross Europe have neen impacted.
We are continuing to monitor the affected areas and will update any affected customers in due course.
Any affected customers who are still experiencing issues will be advised to reboot any phone or networking hardware to ensure they re-register at the back up instance.
We will update affected customers when we begin the process of moving them back to the primary servers.
No moves will be made until all monitoring clears as resolved.
